Terms of use

The service. UCA Audio transcribes and converts audio and video files you upload. Results are kept for 24 hours, then deleted.

Your content. Upload only files you created or have the rights to use. You are responsible for your files and for how you use the results. We may remove content and close accounts used for unlawful purposes.

Membership. Standard costs $6 and Unlimited $20 a month, billed monthly by Dodo Payments (merchant of record) until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the paid month. Fair use applies: one file in progress and two waiting per account.

Accuracy. Transcripts are made by a speech model and can contain mistakes. Check important text before you rely on it.

Availability. We aim for a fast, reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
